Product Summary

The MC3417L is a GaAs MMIC Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) which covers the frequency range of 24 to 30 GHz. The MC3417L can easily be integrated into Multi-Chip Modules (MCMs) due to its small (1.51 mm2) size. The MC3417L utilizes a GaAs PHEMT process offering 13 dB gain from a single bias supply of + 3V @ 30 mA with a noise fi gure of 2.5 dB. All data is with the MC3417L in a 50 ohm test fi xture connected via 0.025 mm (1 mil) diameter wire bonds of minimal length 0.31 mm (<12 mils).
